IF you skip walnuts feel free to count 2 cookies as one medifast meal. Wash the Kale, pull the leaves from the stem and tear into bite-size pieces. My mom suggested a coliflower garlic mash, like mashed patatos and it was great. Enjoy 3 cookies a day due to the fat content of walnuts. This is my 5th day on MF.
