Once I adjusted to eating differently the plan started to really work. Sticking to healthy meals on a budget often means skipping restaurant fare. I just had to follow the instructions that came with the plan and eat the food that the plan provided me with. When I was on the plan my wife and children would eat their food while I ate my Nutrisystem food. Now you can lose weight and still enjoy your favorite comfort foods.
