I've noticed so much toning in all of my body, and I'm extremely happy. All of her videos are great in their own way at least the ones I've tried they are great if you don't want to learn fancy dance moves, but just want your body moving.

BTW I'm 24 years old, so these videos aren't just for the mature people, or people with knee problems ect. These videos are fantastic for a steady weight loss, assumming you aren't an advanced exerciser, or runner of course. And they will also be great AFTER yo u've lost the weight to keep it off and continue to condition your muscles. Definitely reccommend all of Leslies videos!!

I started with Leslie Sansone's two mile walk and liked it so I decided to try the 3 mile walk. I have done the 3 mile walk a few times since I got the DVD and the time goes by very fast. You can make the workout as easy or hard as you want by changing your pace.

The moves are very easy to follow and you don't need a lot of room. This DVD uses a stretchie at the end. Sometimes I use the stretchie and sometimes a light weight. I feel I am getting a better workout with the DVD then the treadmill at the gym.

My husband and I have been using this same tape for years till it wore out. I decided it would be nice to have the DVD. I like this exercise program because we can make it as easy or difficult as we want.

I have back problems so have to take it easier on some of the exercises but always feel good by the time we have finished the whole thing. I love it and will continue to use it as long as I can. I love Leslie Sansone. If there is one drawback, it's that GAIAM must have purchased rights of already recorded videos, so without knowing, you can buy something you already have. So give it to a friend! This DVD has started me off on a course which I have done every single day when not at work and every other day when at work.

It is uplifting, energetic but not vigorous and it is kind to the joints. It is easy to follow and she is such an inspiration to everyone out there. I would say to anyone thinking about buying this - please please do give it a try - I think you will find that you will love it. When you get so used to this DVD and it is a gem to get through that is when you need to get something more advanced to keep you going and you will find that you will want to keep going and you will find t hat everyday you do this DVD it will become easier.

I have not done my more advanced ones yet - but I know I will get to that stage soon enough. This is a brillant start DVD to her walking system. I do walk daily with my dog but not fitness walking , more of a start stop to sniff and pee, the dog that is not me, so thought I needed more umph in my routine to keep me fit in my silver years. I can recommend this dvd for people like me who have difficulty coordinating arm and leg movements, like Leslie says if anything is too complicated just go back to the walk.

Try it, it works for me. I am over 70 and find this workout challenging but achievable. Leslie's happy face keeps you going. Good service, good DVD if your a very over weight and just want to walk fit. Good if you are very over weight and don't want to be on the floor.

It is just walking and different steps. This is a good 25 mins of easy to follow aerobic exercise. It is very good for people like me,who need to fit some kind of exercise into a very busy working life. I had bought Leslie Sansone's most recent walking program but did not get on with the bands and toning sections.
